THE GOLDEN TICKET
The Golden Ticket is placed in random packaging of Dazed Extracts products. When a Golden Ticket is found, please email info@dazedextracts.com with the name of the store of where the product was purchased, the strain name and batch number, along with a picture of your ID. *You must be 21 years or older to play.**For no purchase necessary, please subscribe to our weekly email - as names are picked from our list monthly.

Raffle numbers from sold product/marketing newsletter will be drawn. The ticket stub will be entered into the Drawing and will be eligible to win. If the stub is drawn for a Prize, the ticket/stub will not be re-entered into the Drawing and therefore will not be eligible for additional Prizes. Your tickets never expire – if your number has not been called, keep this number and check back weekly. If your number has been called, but not claimed within two (2) weeks – that number will be reentered into the drawing.

You may check the status by visiting dazedextracts.com/raffle for up-to-date number winners.
CLAIMING A PRIZE
You must claim the Prize. We’ll help. On the day of the drawing, you will reach out to us via social media or by emailing info@dazedextracts.com with a picture of your winning raffle ticket. After 14 days, if we haven’t heard from you, we will consider that you have forfeited your Prize – and we will return the ticket to the raffle for another chance.
Once you are in contact with Dazed Extracts you will need to confirm how you obtained the ticket, via purchase or by subscribing to the email. You will need a government-supplied photo identification, such as a Driver’s License or a Passport – as this raffle is for customers 21 years of age or older. In some cases, we may choose to accept alternate forms of identification and/or a high-resolution scan of the identification. Most of our prizes will be mailed to you – the name and address of the ID you provide is where the prize will be sent.
OBLIGATIONS
Once we have verified your identity and confirmed that you are a Winner, you must supply us with the following information:
– Your Full Name
-Address (FOR SENDING NON-THC PRIZES)
We also expect Winners of any of the Prizes to allow us to use location as part of our celebration and promotion of this raffle, online and offline, and as part of any future raffles we may conduct.
By entering the raffle you are providing your consent for such use of this information.
